Windham Area Interfaith Ministry (WAIM)

Brad Lyon, writes: I volunteer for the Windham Area Interfaith Ministry, a secular, yet mainly church-group supported 501c3 non-profit. We take donations of clothing, household goods, appliances and furniture and distributes them to those in the area who are in need. For the past several years, I have headed the computer division of WAIM, sending out over 100 computers to families in the area. Most are families with school-age children, or adults taking classes, with most families having recently come to the United States. Recently, however, donations of usable machines have all but ceased, leading me to seek out new ways of attracting donations. In the past, we posted on a similar donation registry and received 55 computers from a local company, which was a blessing for our clients.

If you can help, please e-mail Brad Lyon or call 860-705-4856
