Indian River
Indian River Habitat for Humanity - is reaching out a bit past the main mission of building homes. We are working with our families to ensure the children are in after school programs and helping the high school students stay on track for a successful life after high school. We want to be able to offer families that would benefit from a computer in the home a chance to have one.
We are looking for PCs that can use Microsoft office and hook up to the internet. If you can help, please e-mail Allison Peeler or call 772-321-6391
Port St Lucie
United Humanitarians - Dana Kelley writes: We are a non profit organization for the care and safety of animals. We offer a low cost spay neuter program to help prevent overpopulation. Through volunteers and donations our goal is to set up a low cost clinic in our county. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. It would be used for our home office for brochures and flyers, email, research, printing and faxing. Thank-you.
They are seeking Pentium 4, or better, PCs. If you can help, please email Ms. Kelley or phone 772-766-0575
Tampa
Toast of Tampa Sweet Adeline Chorus - Marge VanDyke, Finance Coordinator, writes: Sweet Adelines International is a highly respected worldwide organization of women singers committed to advancing the musical art form of barbershop harmony through education and performances. This independent, nonprofit music education association is one of the world's largest singing organizations for women. The Toast of Tampa Show Chorus is one chapter of Sweet Adelines International. We are supported by member who pay dues and by some paying performances. However, our funds are limited and a lap top computer (Pentium 4, or better) would enable our financial records to come into the 21st century. If you can help, please email Ms. VanDyke or phone 941-875-2951

Our initial facility consists of 50 one-bedroom apartments and has a computer room with positions for six computers for use by the residents.
