Independent Child Advocate Services, Inc. - The mission of Independent Child Advocate Services is to provide family and youth driven community-based services that respond to the unique and diverse complex needs of all community members. ICAS was founded through a deep commitment and relationship with families and youth. In order for the organization to be successful families must be the driving force behind every aspect of the services, the true meaning of family driven services. The core operating principles and policies state that families must be given a realistic and meaningful opportunity to drive the services they receive. ICAS provides mobile crisis, counseling and therapy. We provide a computer lab to help teenagers with homework and to provide structured after school programming.
