Baltimore
The Learning Bank of COIL, Inc. is an adult literacy and GED program. We service individuals in southwest Baltimore City as well as surrounding counties and areas. With the development of new technologies related to GED preparation, there is currently a new offering of the GED online preparation. We are attempting to utilize this to expand our services and enable more learners to achieve their goal of obtaining their high school diploma, but our computer labs are in serious need of updated equipment. Updating our technologies would allow us to better serve our learners and offer more differentiated learning opportunities for individuals to fulfill their goals.
